How much does it cost to live in Filbert Grove Cooperative?
- Each Member household pays two charges.
- The first charge is a one-time Membership Fee of $50. And, Members get their Membership Fees back if they sell their homes.
- The second charge is the lot rent that is collected monthly to pay for operating expenses like water, sewer, property insurance, taxes, basic cable, trash/recycling collection and the Cooperative’s mortgage payments.
- Lot rents vary. Please contact the property manager, Brian Hoag at Commonwealth, 503.244.2300 or email brian.hoag@cwres.com for information about a specific home for sale in the park.
- We now have control over when and why our rent changes.
